Position title : Country Manager

Job Profile:

– Led business development initiatives in Thailand, including achieving business target, expanding e-payment business, as well as onboarding new merchants in the market.

– Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring the successful implementation of the projects.

– Network effectively and develop and manage strong professional relationships with strategic partnership, Key account, Channel, SME clients to maintain a high level of satisfaction.

– Managing all operations within a country. This involve taking responsibility of Marketing, Products and Business Development.

– Work to ensure deadlines are met and budgets are maintained

– Mentor direct reports

 

Job Requirements:

– Bachelor degree or above

– At least 5 years of working experience, experience in team management, sales, ground team sales and customer service preferred

– Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and work under pressure with Can-do attitude

– Experience with high end government, banker and Fin Tech.

– A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them

– Highly target driven, with excellent communication skills

– Fluency in English is a must

– Fluency in Chinese will be an advantage.

– Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and work under pressure with Can-do attitude

Basic salary:negotiable
